 SAMUEL WHITTAKER PROFILE

USSamuel Whittaker

"I would like to work in a university"
University
Department
Degrees Bachelors of Arts, Masters of Arts
Biography I am currently working as an archaeological field technician in the US. But my hope is that now that having finished this course it will improve my chances of getting into a PhD program to continue my research in experimental archaeology.
I have experience in this areas
GIS Underwater Archaeology
Archaeology Anthropology
Conservation Video Documentary
Faunal remains Art & Museums
My experience in Sanisera
Year/s 2019
Course/s Total Station, AutoCAD, and Archaeological Techniques of drawing, photography and digital illustration
My Opinion I took the course in the hope of learning more about how to study and interpret the artefacts that can be found while in the field. I was also interested in learning how to use a total station as it is a tool that is commonly used by the company I work for and the chance to use it on a site like the one at Sanisera was too good of an opportunity to pass up. I had a wonderful time at this course and would highly recommend it to anyone.
