| My Opinion | My experience in Sanisera was eye-opening. It showed me not only how to work in hard soil but how to conduct lab work properly and efficiently for storage at a museum. It was definitely the most fun I have had excavating and I found the lessons on the site and culture fascinating. I want to spend my life excavating and studying the Greek and Roman civilizations so this was an absolutely wonderful confirmation of my goals for me. I got along very well with the instructors at the site and during classes, and my classmates both during the working part of the day as well as during off hours. | |
